EXOMIST070049 High Flow Precision Coalescing Element - SPX UF-10 Replacement
The EXOMIST070049 is a high flow precision coalescing filter element engineered to replace SPX UF-10 cartridges. Its 98 mm large diameter media pack delivers 7.23 Nm3/min capacity while maintaining oil carryover at 0.001 ppm and particulate removal down to 0.01 micron. This meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 for oil content, ideal for laser cutting, electronics assembly, and sandblasting.
Despite its 135 mm short body, the element provides substantial micro fiberglass surface area for high dirt holding capacity and long service intervals. Clean pressure drop stays below 0.01 bar, saving 5-7% compressor energy over the 8000-hour life. Weight is 0.6 kg.
Buna-N seals and engineering plastic end caps ensure reliable operation from 1.5 to 80 deg C at pressures up to 2.0 MPa.
