The EXOMIST047067 is a high capacity activated carbon filter element engineered to replace Omega A-51090 cartridges in large compressed air systems. Unlike coalescing filters that remove liquid oil aerosols, this activated carbon cartridge adsorbs oil vapor, hydrocarbon gases, and unpleasant odors, delivering ultrapure air for critical applications where even trace vapor cannot be tolerated.
The activated carbon depth media provides exceptional adsorption capacity, reducing oil vapor content to 0.003 ppm while capturing submicron solid particles down to 0.01 micron. This performance meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 for oil vapor, suitable for laser optics protection, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and other vapor-sensitive processes.
Rated at 16.6 Nm3/min, this element serves central air headers and large plant distribution systems. The 90x510 mm dimensions fit standard deep housings with high volume flow.
