Precision Oil Removal Compact Pre Filter Element – Model 88342977

The 88342985 is not just a taller version of the 88342977 — it is a deliberate step up for customers who outgrew the smaller flow class but want to keep the same 53 mm housing. With a 94 mm height and 1.12 Nm³/min capacity, this element serves two precision devices instead of one, or a busier single tool with higher air consumption. It still removes 1 micron solids and reduces residual oil to 0.5 ppm, combining dust and oil mist protection in a compact package.

Why choose this over the smaller model? The taller media bed holds more contaminants before reaching pressure drop limits. That means fewer changeouts in a demanding shift — especially useful when filters are hard to access or downtime is expensive. At just 0.15 kg, installation is still a one hand job.

This element fits perfectly as an upgrade path. If your production line added a second laser cutting head or another pick and place machine, you can swap the filter without changing the bowl or piping. The pressure loss stays at ≤0.01 bar, keeping compressor energy savings at 5-7% over the 8000 hour life. OEM customization is available for end caps and seals.
