High Flow Coalescing Filter Element - Model 88343272

The 88343272 is a high capacity oil removal cartridge engineered for compressed air systems requiring both particulate filtration and oil mist elimination. It captures solid contaminants down to 1 micron including dust, rust, and pipe scale, while reducing residual oil content to 0.5 ppm. The micro fiberglass depth media efficiently separates water droplets and oil aerosols.

Rated at 13 Nm3/min, this element supports demanding applications such as laser cutting assist gas headers, multiple electronics SMT assembly cells, and sandblasting cabinets with several nozzles. The tall 410 mm body with 88 mm diameter provides extended media depth for lower face velocity and longer service intervals. Clean pressure drop is ≤0.01 bar, delivering 5-7% energy savings over the 8000 hour service life.
