The 24241937 is a medium capacity pre filter cartridge designed for general purpose compressed air systems. It utilizes micro fiberglass depth media to capture solid particulates down to 1 micron, including rust, pipe scale, dust, and water droplets. This element is intended for applications where bulk particle removal is the primary requirement, without the need for activated carbon or oil vapor elimination.

With a flow capacity of 1.8 Nm³/min, the 24241937 suits single mid-size pneumatic tools, small production lines, or secondary branch circuits. The compact 56 mm diameter and 119 mm height fit standard filter housings with moderate space constraints. Pressure drop remains at ≤0.01 bar when clean, contributing to 5-7% compressor energy savings over the 8000 hour service life.

Unlike finer 0.01 micron cartridges, this element focuses on low resistance and high dust holding capacity.
