The F1380V is a wide body replacement filter element designed for Ingersoll Rand VA F1380V housings. It delivers exceptional flow capacity and oil vapor removal for large compressed air networks. This element features a thick activated carbon matrix housed in a larger diameter (113 mm) body. Residual oil content is reduced to 0.003 ppm while particulate filtration achieves 0.01 micron absolute rating. Performance meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 for oil and particles.
Rated at 23 Nm³/min, the F1380V handles very high air demand with pressure loss ≤0.01 bar, saving 5–7% energy. The wider 113 mm diameter allows lower face velocity, extending the 8,000 hour service life even under heavy load.
