The F1050V is a premium high flow replacement filter element engineered for Ingersoll Rand VA F1050V housings. This element incorporates a deep packed activated carbon bed with extended 640 mm length, providing exceptional adsorption surface area. Residual oil content is reduced to an ultra low 0.003 ppm while particulate filtration achieves 0.01 micron absolute rating. This performance complies with ISO8573-1 Class 1 for both oil aerosol and solid particles.
Rated at 17.5 Nm³/min, the F1050V handles the highest air volume in this filter series. Despite the high flow, pressure loss is maintained at ≤0.01 bar, resulting in 5–7% energy savings compared to conventional elements.
