The F990V is a high capacity replacement filter element designed to fit Ingersoll Rand VA F990V housings. It is built for large scale compressed air networks requiring maximum removal of oil vapor, submicron particles, and liquid condensate. This element features a deep bed activated carbon core with extended length (640 mm) to maximize adsorption capacity. Residual oil content is reduced to 0.003 ppm while particulate filtration achieves 0.01 micron absolute rating. Performance meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 for both oil and particles.
With a rated flow of 16.5 Nm³/min, the F990V supports very high air consumption. Pressure loss remains ≤0.01 bar, delivering 5–7% energy savings. The tall 640 mm design provides exceptional dirt holding capacity, maintaining the same 8,000 hour service life even under heavy load.
