The F810V is a high flow replacement filter element engineered to match Ingersoll Rand VA F810V housings. It is built for large compressed air networks requiring superior removal of oil vapor, submicron particulates, and liquid condensate. This element features a dense activated carbon core that adsorbs oil vapor down to 0.003 ppm residual content while delivering 0.01 micron absolute particulate filtration. This performance meets ISO8573-1 Class 1 for both oil and particles, ensuring clean air for sensitive processes.
With a rated flow of 13.5 Nm³/min, the F810V supports demanding air consumption. The pressure loss is ≤0.01 bar, contributing to 5–7% energy savings over standard elements.
